LeMay - America's Car Museum Grand Opening

When: Saturday, June 2nd, 2012 - 9:00am

The long-awaited grand opening of the LeMay Museum will be filled with fun and festivities for all. The day starts with a free outdoor car show at 9 a.m., which will fill the Haub Family Field with hot cars and cool rides. Stop by Sameday's booth (Booth #12 & #13) for a demonstration of our premier reconditioning services.

Official grand opening ceremonies begin at 10:00a.m., also on the Haub Family Field.

At 11 a.m., the Museum doors will open to the public for the first time. At 1 p.m., the LeMay 24 will see 12 teams participate in go-kart races for bragging rights and trophies.

Saturday evening at 5 p.m. will be marked with a free concert featuring nine-time Grammy award winners Asleep at the Wheel performing on the Miller Family Stage, along with another local music celebrity. Come enjoy Texas swing and celebrate the start of something big with us!
